EVENT MEDIA POLICIES

Thank you for your participation in our upcoming event. We invite you to submit media that will be
shown during the event. Please see below our event media policies.

MEDIA FORM

GENERAL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

      • All media must be submitted directly to Wall Street Video. Personal or outside laptops will not be permitted.
      • All media must be submitted no later than one week before the event.
      • Media submitted less than one week before the event must be pre-approved by Wall Street Video prior to sending.

SLIDE PRESENTATIONS

      • Microsoft PowerPoint is strongly preferred. Please avoid submitting PDFs, Keynotes, Google Slides, JPEGs, etc. Alternate formats must be approved by Wall Street Video in advance.
      • PowerPoint slides must be 16:9 aspect ratio.
      • If custom fonts are used in presentation, please include accompanying TTF or OTF font files. If you do not provide accompanying custom fonts, a default font will be selected by SVG and applied to the presentation. SVG will make every effort to select a default font that most closely replicates the custom font.

VIDEO FILES

      • Video specs 720p / 59.94 fps using H.264 codec, in .mp4 or .mov format
      • Max size: 1 GB. Videos larger than 1 GB must be approved by SVG prior to sending.
