As part of their complimentary registration, SVVS event attendees opt in to be included in the event Attendee Directory, which does not display their chosen email address. Attendees also agree that their registration email address may be shared, on a private and restricted basis, with event sponsors. Sponsors are strictly instructed not to use this contact information for mass email distribution. Any sponsor who disregards these instructions may forfeit the right to sponsor future SVVS events.

SVVS reserves the right to approve or decline any event application. Decisions are based on several factors, including—but not limited to—room capacity, member and sponsor balance, local and venue public health and safety policies, and the need to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees. Any company that SVG categorizes as a potential sponsor will not be approved to attend without a prior sponsorship agreement. SVG does not offer a process for decision review. By submitting an application, all applicants agree to SVG’s attendee selection policy.
