Luke Hale is the head of media for Mark Rober’s YouTube channel and CrunchLabs, which delivers over 600 million monthly views. Under his leadership, the channel has grown from 21 million to more than 60 million subscribers in less than two years, and its content is now reaching audiences in more than 15 languages.
Previously, Hale managed global video production at Apple and Shootsta, where he directed a team creating over 1,000 videos per month for more than 250 brands. He also spearheaded initiatives to develop media supply chains and production studios across Cupertino, Austin, London, Singapore, Australia, and beyond. His efforts consistently delivered business results while prioritizing team development and creative growth.
Hale’s passion for engaging audiences has taken him from engineering live video systems to consulting for international media companies. His projects range from executing short-form video strategies to creating global media systems. He always focuses on connecting people through media and delivering measurable impact.
