Michael Arlen

Michael Arlen is the executive production engineer at Meta where he oversees all elements of broadcast and production technology for the top tier of Meta’s executives. He headed into the corporate world over a decade ago in search of better coffee from his days backstage designing and programming lighting and sound for live theatre. At Meta, Arlen tackles complex broadcasts, industry-rocking demos, and makes a daily mocha.

Prior to Meta, Arlen was a senior systems engineer at Robinhood – handling everything from outdoor weekly tech chats to orchestrating their first annual live video shareholder meeting.
