Sean Sandoval is a self-taught entrepreneur with a strong background in event management and experience creation. He started his journey at 16, leaving home in Sunland, California, and supporting himself by selling art at Santa Monica Pier, where he gained valuable skills in sales and networking.

Mentored by Wiley Dailey, Jason Brown, Brian Dale, and the Goldenvoice team, Sandoval began as a stagehand at The Fonda Theater in Hollywood. His dedication quickly earned him a promotion to stage manager, allowing him to work across Los Angeles and develop a solid understanding of the event ecosystem.

At 21, Sandoval joined the Coachella team, working in various roles, including production manager. He gained experience in major festivals like Stagecoach, Electric Daisy Carnival, and Desert Daze, which built his reputation in event logistics. He has also managed touring stage production for artists like Nas, Miguel, and Ciara, overseeing everything from North American tours to world tours.

In addition to his event work, Sandoval has launched and exited several businesses, focusing on partnerships and growth. As founder and CEO of Stage Ops, he leads in providing clear, practical solutions in event logistics and production. Stage Ops has established itself as a go-to name in event staffing and production management.
