Jesse Maitland is a Broadcast Video Director, professional camera operator, and AV integrator whose work spans national live events, corporate experiences, and major house-of-worship productions. Jesse has spent his career helping organizations bridge the gap between technical excellence and human experience by designing systems and moments that move people. He is known largly for his time with Bethel Church Redding, and touring with major christian artists like Brandon Lake, and Elevation Worship.

A pastor at heart and a producer by trade, Jesse brings a unique voice to the conversation around modern media: one that blends faith, storytelling, and innovation.
