Over the past two decades, Juho has played a central role in shaping IDEO’s work and culture across regions and disciplines. He has held leadership roles in IDEO Europe and Product Design in North America, working across industries including retail, gaming, telecommunications, media, and health. His time at IDEO was punctuated by two years on IKEA’s global strategic communications team, where he focused on communications and brand strategy, supported new product launches, and helped the business become more innovative and customer-focused. In addition to fostering IDEO’s design community, Juho teaches human-centered design at Hyper Island, where he studied digital media and creative technology. He has also mentored startups through Seedcamp and frequently lectures on the power of design at schools and organizations worldwide.
