Erin McMullen Bromley

Erin McMullen Bromley has over 15 years of experience in sports media, with a focus on television programming and event production. She has played an integral role in launching several large media initiatives and sports tours, such as the FOX Sports 1 channel, various FAST channels, and Fox Sports on SiriusXM, as well as The Winter Dew Tour on NBC Sports.

McMullen Bromley currently serves as the executive director of programming for FOX Sports where she oversees all outside productions and incoming programming for the sports network. She manages relationships with large and small program suppliers from around the world, including the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), and NASCAR; as well as overseeing the VOD portfolio, Electronic Sell-Through (EST), Pay Per View (PPV), and SiriusXM and TuneIn radio offerings. McMullen Bromley also provides business development support by facilitating pro forma analysis for league acquisitions, leading special projects, and enjoys co-developing enterprise-wide data and technology integration applications.

Prior to FOX Sports, she worked as the manager of programming & acquisitions at FUEL TV and managed events for Alli, The Alliance of Action Sports which was a joint venture between NBC Sports and MTV Networks. McMullen Bromley’s career has also included a marketing position at Red Bull and Burton Snowboards. Her diverse background has provided her with a breadth of sports knowledge that spans from mainstream to niche and action sports.

McMullen Bromley is dedicated to being a life-long learner and has obtained her graduate and undergraduate degrees from Pennsylvania State University, most recently studying corporate innovation. She also enjoys learning about technology, leadership, and entertainment law.

McMullen Bromley periodically moves her family around the United States with her partner who is an active-duty U.S. Marine and for right now, they reside on the Central Coast in California. In her free time, she enjoys coloring with her toddler son and spoiling their rescue pup, Doppel.
