Ivan Lochan

Ivan Lochan is the learning and development manager at Advanced Systems Group (ASG). He currently leads implementing new talent management initiatives and rolling out new development opportunities to improve every aspect of the employee experience. Lochan’s focus and passion for having candid conversations about empowering every individual team member to do their best work is the foundation for clearer communication, accountability, guidance, more impactful feedback, collaboration, leadership, and continuous learning.

Lochan has an understanding that every team member’s unique skills, goals, and story requires high performing teams and organizations to create frameworks, guidance, and resources to allow for tailored onboarding, leadership development, and formal and informal learning opportunities.

Prior to ASG, Lochan has worked in human resources, talent management, DEI, and learning and development for small to multi-billion dollar organizations in the tech, retail, education, healthcare, and non-profit industries nationally and internationally. He currently sits on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations focused on empowering and preparing the next generation of talent that is mindful of how best to support, celebrate, and foster diverse high performing individuals and teams.
