Marc Brown

As the director of engineering at Microsoft Production Studios, Marc Brown has had the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in creating cutting-edge technology solutions for corporate broadcast.

Prior to joining Microsoft, he worked in the development of SkypeTX (a broadcast version of Skype), for a broadcast design and integration company, and was also a colorist for the previous eight years focusing on digital intermediate technology. In his 30+ years of experience, Brown has had the opportunity to be involved in the engineering side for the transition from analog to digital, SD to HD, and HDSDI to 2110.
