Marie Tubbs

Marie Tubbs began working in the industry as a production technician in 2009, as she worked with the San Jose Sharks doing in-house live production and game presentation. At the start, her primary role there was graphics (Chyron operator), before she eventually moved her way up, becoming a control room lead handling many different aspects of the production. This role lead Tubbs into the corporate production world where she began as a freelance technician at Cisco Systems working for Cisco TV. Her first few years at Cisco TV were freelance and in 2013, she began her video engineering journey. Tubbs worked at Cisco TV from 2010 – 2019, gaining tons of experience from a very strong team.

In 2019, Tubbs began working at ASG as a broadcast engineer onsite at Google. She then took on a role handing technical project management and is now managing a team and overseeing integration projects at Google. This February will be her five year anniversary working at ASG @ Google.

Tubbs enjoys hockey, video games, Lego, and graphic & motion design.
